Welcome to the IONA website
The International Ophthalmic Nurses Association provides an opportunity for Ophthalmic Nurses worldwide to share knowledge and experience with currently approximately 200 members in thirty-five countries.

IONA aims to provide of a network of information between ophthalmic nurses worldwide by means of an annual conference and a bi-annual newsletter. We benefit from and encourage research work to enhance the care of ophthalmic patients in a variety of settings.

All nurses working in ophthalmic settings are eligible to join.
